SubscriptionScout
A scout goes ahead and reports back. This one watches the subscriptions you already pay for, and tells you what renews before it charges you.
There is nowhere to send this yet — no mailing list, no server, nothing to store an address in. The field is off rather than pretending. It turns on when the list is real.
Screens are the app in development. Figures shown in them are sample data.
What it does, and what it does not
Four promises, no small printIt warns before the money moves
A reminder ahead of a renewal, and ahead of the day a free trial turns into a charge. That reminder is the reason the app exists.
Every number is a real number
Inside a currency, each total is an exact sum of what you actually pay — nothing converted, no rate involved, and it works with no signal. The one place that mixes currencies says so on the spot, with the date of the rate it used. It never approximates silently.
It tracks. It does not cancel
Scout reports; it does not act on your accounts. No cancelling on your behalf — the app states its limit instead of implying a power it does not have.
No bank connection, ever
You tap the services you already pay for and correct what is wrong. The app never touches a bank — your own record is the only source of truth.
